Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Power Kegel mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Medical disclaimer

The App and its content are not a medical product and do not replace a doctor or physician. The App provides general fitness information and guided exercises for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your doctor before starting Kegel exercises, especially if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, had surgery, or have any pelvic health condition. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain or discomfort.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or lease any part of the App.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Power Kegel Pro"). We offer a range of auto-renewing subscription options (such as weekly and yearly plans).

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account (iTunes Account) at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term; where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple, it is handled by Apple.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and may change; changes apply to future billing periods with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, workouts, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from its use will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or other losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the App does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
